Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or engaging our custom trailer build services. These terms govern your relationship with Endless Outdoor Supply.

Effective Date: March 7, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Endless Outdoor Supply website ("Site"), submitting a build configuration through our online configurator, contacting us through any form on this Site, or entering into a purchase agreement for a custom-built trailer, you ("Buyer," "Customer," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Site or engage our services.

Endless Outdoor Supply ("EOS," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site or engagement with our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for updates.

2. Custom Build Orders

2.1 Nature of Custom Builds

All Endless Outdoor Supply trailers are custom-built to order. Each trailer begins as a standard enclosed cargo trailer and is converted into a fully custom stealth camper based on the specifications agreed upon between EOS and the Buyer. Because every build is unique, no two EOS trailers are identical.

2.2 Build Specifications

Prior to the commencement of any build, EOS and the Buyer will agree upon a detailed Statement of Work ("SOW") that outlines the trailer model, size, color, features, materials, and any custom modifications. The SOW, once signed by both parties, becomes a binding part of these Terms. Any changes to the SOW after signing may result in additional charges and extended lead times.

2.3 Materials and Workmanship

EOS uses commercial-grade materials including aviation-grade L-track systems, marine-grade electrical components, and premium North Carolina-crafted furniture where specified. While we strive to use the exact materials specified in the SOW, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or greater quality if the specified materials become unavailable. We will notify the Buyer of any significant material substitutions.

2.4 Build Timeline

Estimated build timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation. Typical build times range from 8 to 16 weeks depending on model complexity and current order volume. Build timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supply chain disruptions, material availability, weather, or other factors beyond our control. EOS will communicate any significant delays to the Buyer promptly.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Configurator Estimates

Prices displayed on the EOS online configurator are estimates only and are subject to change. Configurator pricing is intended to provide a general range for budgeting purposes. Final pricing will be determined in the signed SOW based on the specific configuration, current material costs, and any custom modifications requested. EOS is not bound by configurator estimates.

3.2 Deposit Requirements

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated build cost is required to secure a build slot and initiate the ordering of materials. The deposit must be received before any work begins. Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price.

3.3 Payment Schedule

MilestoneAmount
Order Confirmation (Deposit)25%
Build Commencement25%
Mid-Build Milestone25%
Completion / Prior to Delivery25%

3.4 Accepted Payment Methods

EOS accepts payment via wire transfer, ACH bank transfer, cashier's check, and approved financing through our lending partners. Credit cards are accepted for deposits only, subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Full payment must be received and cleared before the trailer is released for pickup or delivery.

3.5 Price Adjustments

If material costs increase by more than 10% between the date of the signed SOW and the commencement of the build, EOS reserves the right to adjust the total price accordingly. The Buyer will be notified of any price adjustment and may cancel the order with a full refund of the deposit if the adjustment exceeds 15% of the original quoted price.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation by Buyer

Because all EOS trailers are custom-built to order, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • Before build commencement: The Buyer may cancel the order. The initial deposit is non-refundable, as it covers design, planning, and material procurement costs already incurred.
  • After build commencement: Cancellation is subject to forfeiture of all payments made to date, plus any additional costs incurred for custom materials that cannot be returned or repurposed.
  • Completed builds: All sales of completed trailers are final. No returns or refunds are available once a trailer has been delivered or picked up.

4.2 Cancellation by EOS

EOS reserves the right to cancel an order if: (a) the Buyer fails to make scheduled payments within 14 days of the due date; (b) circumstances beyond our control make it impossible to complete the build as specified; or (c) the Buyer engages in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise unreasonable toward EOS staff. In the event of cancellation by EOS for reasons other than Buyer default, all payments will be refunded in full.

4.3 Pickup Deadline

Completed trailers must be picked up or delivery must be arranged within 30 days of the completion notification. EOS will provide reasonable storage at no charge during this period. After 30 days, a storage fee of $25 per day will apply. Trailers not claimed within 90 days of completion may be sold by EOS to recover outstanding costs, with any excess proceeds returned to the Buyer.

5. Build Modifications

5.1 Change Orders

Modifications to the agreed-upon SOW after the build has commenced ("Change Orders") must be submitted in writing and approved by EOS. Change Orders may result in additional charges, extended build timelines, or both. EOS will provide a written estimate for any Change Order before proceeding.

5.2 Design Approval

The Buyer is responsible for reviewing and approving all design specifications, layout drawings, and material selections before the build begins. Once the Buyer provides written approval, EOS is not responsible for design choices that the Buyer later wishes to change. Any post-approval changes will be treated as Change Orders.

5.3 Buyer-Supplied Materials

If the Buyer elects to supply their own materials or components for installation, EOS assumes no responsibility for the quality, fit, or performance of those items. Buyer-supplied materials must be delivered to our facility before the relevant phase of the build begins. Delays caused by late delivery of Buyer-supplied materials may extend the build timeline.

Transportation of the trailer to our facility for warranty work is the responsibility of the Buyer.

6.5 Transferability

The EOS Build Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the trailer, provided that EOS is notified in writing of the transfer within 30 days of the sale. The warranty duration does not reset upon transfer.

7. Delivery and Inspection

7.1 Delivery Options

Buyers may pick up their completed trailer from our facility in High Point, North Carolina, or arrange for delivery. Delivery is available throughout the continental United States. Delivery costs are based on distance and trailer size and will be quoted separately. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

7.2 Pre-Delivery Inspection

EOS will conduct a thorough quality inspection of every trailer before release. We strongly encourage Buyers to perform their own inspection at the time of pickup or delivery. Any visible defects or concerns should be documented in writing at the time of transfer. Issues reported after the Buyer has taken possession will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7.3 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the Buyer upon delivery or pickup. EOS is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs after the trailer has left our facility or been delivered to the agreed-upon location.

EOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY TRAILER WILL MEET THE BUYER'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS BEYOND THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE SOW.

8.4 Assumption of Risk

The Buyer acknowledges that the use of a travel trailer involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with towing, camping, off-grid living, and outdoor activities. The Buyer assumes all such risks and agrees to use the trailer in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and manufacturer guidelines.
